Summer

Reading Program
What is the Summer Reading Program anyways?
The Summer Reading Program is a chance for you to enjoy some of the best services and resources the library has to offer! This summer our theme is All Together Now and we're embracing that by offering programs that reflect community togetherness!

Why should I participate in the Summer Reading Program?
The Summer Reading Program doesn't just improve and nurture reading in young people. It also improves phonics, reading fluency, spelling comprehension, vocabulary and it inspires people to see themselves as lifelong readers!
How Do I Sign Up for the Reading Challange?
We have 2 ways you can participate!
Beginning June 5th, we will have Summer Reading Challenge paper packets you can pick up at the library. There is a packet for every age group so everyone can participate and the easy-to-follow directions are included.
You can also opt to complete the Summer Reading Challenge online through Beanstack. It's the same challenge as the paper packet but online for anyone who prefers the virtual format.
Note* Please pick either the paper packet or online. Do not try to do both ways.
